• Provide deep analysis of CSS reporting and CSS duties
• Work with Finance Team to improve and streamline payment process
• Provide weekly and monthly reports
• Research providers
• Establish contracts with providers
• Establish accounts
• Provide customer site surveys
• Report scheduled maintenance from providers
• Check and monitor email accounts and vendor websites for invoices and billing questions/issues

• Degree in Business or related discipline
• 4 years related experience
• Proven Project Management experience
• Proven Contract Management experience
• Proven Financial Management experience
• Must have strong customer service skills and exceptional communication skills.
